Temporary Residence

Permanent Residence
If you have set your mind on staying in Canada permanently or making a move from your home country to Canada, getting permanent residence (PR) could be the correct answer for you. While there are so many PR programs to Canada, it is of utmost importance to decide which is the right program for you and apply for the same, to maximize your chances of selection. 1. Express Entry - Federal Skilled Workers (FSW)
Immigrate to Canada under various categories of Express Entry like Federal Skilled Workers, Federal Skilled Trades or Canadian Express Class. To qualify for immigration under Express Entry, you are given points on the basis of your education, work experience, age and other factors.
2. Express Entry - Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Are you in Canada and have already acquired at least 1 year of Canadian work experience in the last 3 years? Then, you might be eligible for the Canadian Experience Class. While there is no minimum education requirements, you need to meet language requirements and other criteria to be qualified for CEC category.
3. Provincial Nomination
Under Provincial Nomination Category, you can get selected by a particular province in Canada, depending on your skills, work experience or education. Each province has their own criteria of selecting candidates, who are then nominated federally by the province.
Which program is right for you?
Family Sponsorship
One of the major priorities for Canada is to reunite family members. Thus, you maybe eligible to sponsor your family members - spouse, partner, children, parents and grandparents to come to Canada to live, study or work. Only Permanent Residents or Citizens can sponsor a family member provided they meet the requirements.
1. Sponsor your spouse, partner or dependent children
You may be able to bring your spouse, partner or dependent children to Canada as permanent residents, provided you meet minimum requirements stipulated by the government.
2. Sponsor your parents or grandparents
While it is possible for your parents/grandparents to come visit you in Canada with a Super Visa, however if they want to move to Canada on a more permanent basis then sponsoring them for permanent residency could be the right fit for you.
3. Sponsor your adopted child or relative
