Refunds

All the services provided are considered full and final, as soon as the payment is made. Due to the nature of the services, under no circumstances, is a ‘full-refund’, ‘partial-refund’ possible. Additionally, the services that are paid for are exclusively reserved for the person under whose name the payment is made and it is not possible to transfer them.

Cancellations

The client can choose to terminate the services at any point of time, however no refund will be provided. Visa Theory also reserves the right to cancel the services being provided to the client in case there are disciplinary violations, or misuse of information or any other malicious intention. Visa Theory can also choose to terminate the service in case it doesn’t meet the objectivity of transparency.
